This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers, and runs no analytics or advertising scripts.
What this website collects
Nothing. There are no cookies, no analytics tags, no advertising pixels, no embedded video or map frames, and no fonts loaded from another company's server. Every asset on this site is served from this domain.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses and request paths. Those logs exist to keep the site available and are not used to build a profile of you.
What we collect when you call
If you book a visit we take your name, address, telephone number and a description of the appliance and the fault. We use it to schedule the work, order parts, and honour the warranty afterwards. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to marketers.
Parts suppliers receive only what is needed to order a component — usually a model and serial number. Payment is handled by our card processor; we do not store card numbers.
How long it is kept
Job records are kept for as long as the warranty runs and for the period our insurer and tax obligations require. After that they are deleted.
Asking for your record
Call Hibernia Cold Systems on (904) 201-3304 and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete the record where we are not required to keep it.
Changes
If this notice changes, the amended version replaces this page. There is no mailing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.
